I installed the network-wide ad blocker, Pi-Hole, on a Raspberry Pi 1B as a headless OS. After adjusting some of the blacklisted sites from Google ads, everything worked well. At least it did until the Pi failed a few months later, but what can you expect from an old board that has been sitting collecting dust for who knows how many years? I will try again once I get my home lab set up and run it as a container.
